Qualifications

5+ years of proven success in business development, sales, or client acquisition within consulting, legal services, or financial sectors.



Demonstrated expertise in high-stakes deal-making, with a track record of generating $1M+ in annual revenue through commission-based structures.



Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) highly advantageous.



Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), virtual sales platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.



Deep knowledge of immigration landscapes, including EB-5, Golden Visa programs, and skilled worker pathways.



Self-motivated entrepreneur mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sophisticated sales strategies to close multimillion-dollar deals, leveraging our firm's proven track record in visa approvals, residency programs, and citizenship pathways.

  • Build enduring partnerships with legal professionals, financial advisors, and corporate decision-makers to expand our market footprint across key regions.

  • Analyze market trends in immigration policy and global talent mobility to position our services as the gold standard.

  • Track and report on pipeline performance, ensuring seamless virtual collaboration with our expert consulting team.
